Programs & Services
CPTSD Warrior Healing Society is developing free and accessible programs, resources, and education to support people impacted by complex trauma and CPTSD, as well as the helping professionals and community members who support them.
Our work is currently focused on online resources, trauma-informed education, somatic healing support, survivor-led awareness, and learning materials for helpers.
The CPTSD Resource Hub
A free, publicly accessible online library of trauma-informed resources for people living with CPTSD and complex trauma. The hub is being developed to include articles, downloadable tools, grounding practices, somatic resources, and curated recommendations, all organized with nervous system safety in mind.
This program area is currently in development as the Society builds its online resource hub, partnerships, and funding capacity.
Community Education and Advocacy Campaigns
Public education and awareness work focused on trauma literacy, CPTSD recognition, stigma reduction, and survivor-informed systems change. These campaigns may include webinars, social media education, storytelling, public resources, and advocacy connected to culturally safe trauma-informed care.
This program area is currently in development as the Society builds its public education and advocacy work.
Survivor-Centered Toolkits
Free and low-cost workbooks, journal prompts, grounding cards, and somatic resource kits created by and for trauma survivors. These toolkits are developed from lived experience, trauma-informed education, and somatic training, and are intended to be available in printable and accessible digital formats.
This program area is currently in development as the Society creates its first survivor-centered resources.
Land-Based and Cultural Healing Initiatives
Our resources include body-based practices and gentle nervous system tools that support grounding, regulation, reconnection, and healing at a sustainable pace.
This section is currently being developed with a focus on accessible somatic education, grounding practices, and body-based tools that honour each person’s capacity, choice, and pace.
Professional Development Scholarships
Pending grant funding, the Society aims to offer free or reduced-cost access to trauma-informed education and TIES training for frontline professionals working in Indigenous, rural, and underserved communities.
This program area is currently in development as the Society builds funding pathways and partnerships.
Policy Advocacy
Advocacy focused on trauma-informed systems change, including greater recognition of CPTSD and the need for culturally safe, survivor-informed care across mental health, education, and social service systems.
This program area is currently in development as the Society grows its public voice, partnerships, and advocacy capacity.
